This notice explains how S³ Strategic Staffing Solutions ("S³", "we") handles personal information collected through the GreenAIQ marketing site at greenaiq.online. It covers this website only — the GreenAIQ product is governed by the agreement in place with each customer.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the demo request form: your first and last name, work email address, company, job title, phone number, and the message describing what you would like to see. Submitting the form is voluntary.
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, and scope pricing for your application portfolio. We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it
- HubSpot, Inc. — our customer relationship management platform. Form submissions are sent to HubSpot and stored there so our sales team can follow up.
- Microsoft Azure — hosts this website as static content. Azure records standard service logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
Both providers may process data outside your country. Transfers rely on the safeguards published by those providers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer or ask us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email aborromeo@strategicstaff.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and form submissions are transmitted directly to HubSpot over an encrypted connection. No submission data is stored on this website.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
